We don't track it; we just know licences have been purchased. We track licence/seat usage, but not real behaviour change. We measure usage in a few teams, with some qualitative feedback. We have a proper adoption measurement framework across the business.

Most people have had no training at all. A few enthusiasts are capable; most staff aren't. Most staff have had baseline training; some functions go deeper. We have tiered literacy through to leadership fluency, org-wide.

No, we can't yet tie any AI spend to a commercial result. We have anecdotes, but nothing measured properly. We can point to one or two use cases with a real number attached. Every live use case has an owner, a number, and is tracked against it.
