ABCERTA

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Our commitment

Abcerta has zero tolerance of modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

2. Our position under the Modern Slavery Act 2015

We are below the GBP 36m annual turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this policy voluntarily to set out our approach.

3. Steps we take

We operate a small, largely remote team and a short, low-risk supply chain of software and professional services. We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our operations, and we expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards.

4. Expectations of suppliers

We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and to take steps to prevent modern slavery in their own operations and supply chains.
